Once you have made your booking you will receive a confirmation email. If you need to amend or cancel your reservation please use the link in the email. This will give you access to your reservation on our booking system directly.
Please note our terms for online bookings as follows:
Yak Yeti Yak is a family-run business that relies on bookings being honoured by diners or sufficient notice being given to us of any changes to bookings. We ask that you give us notification if cancellation or amendment is required not later than 5pm on the day of your booking.
For all reservations we now require debit/credit card details. These are held in a secure PCI-DSS compliant vault. For further information, please visit: stripe.com/docs/security/stripe
A charge of £20 per person will be made if these cancellation terms are not met. Unfortunately, like many businesses in the hospitality industry so adversely affected by Covid-19, we are no longer able to bear the costs we incur when parties fail to cancel or amend bookings.
We politely ask that you are ready to be seated at your time of booking or contact us if you are running late. We hold tables for 15 minutes and will release it if we have not been contacted. To ensure that we can cater for you appropriately, please notify us of any dietary requirements prior to your visit. By making a reservation at Yak Yeti Yak you agree to our reservation and cancellation terms.
